Today our builder started back on our site. \u00a0It was great to see the project moving again. \u00a0In the day our builder and his team (2 others) had put up all of the framing for the internal walls in the basement and all of the ceiling joists. \u00a0It was amazing to finally see the actual rooms and the sizes. \u00a0It was very difficult to imagine what it would look like when it was a slab of concrete. \u00a0It is also looking bigger now that the rooms are going in.<\/p>\n
We are now also getting a feel for where the first floor level will be. \u00a0We knew it would be higher than the original ground level, but we didn’t know how high. \u00a0I am not sure if you can tell from the pictures, but, from the original ground level it is about 5 feet higher.<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
